Make your own from your CD's
You will need a CD ripper, Music match is free.
And audio editing software, go to download.com.
process:
Rip using Music Match, save as MP3
Open with Audio Editor, cut out the parts you don't want, save smaller file as an MP3.
PS making copies of your CD's for personal use is NOT illegal!!!
You will need a means to get the ring tone onto your Phone.
If you have a bluetooth phone, find someone with a bluetooth laptop, or buy a cable for your phone, probably $3 from accessory store in your local mall.
Once you've figured this out, you'll have unlimited free ringtones!! Never pay $$ again!

Depends on your carrier. Do a search including your phone service and (of course) free and ringtone.
For example, my AT&T wireless can get ringtones free from 2thumbsswap.com. Obviously, not all carriers are supplied from there.
