But it's peak was in 1963. Only 3 babies were named Veronique in 2004.

Hey Red Dragon, just because babies are less often named Véronique these days doesn't mean all those born thirty years ago disappear from the face of the Earth. I now loads of young and thirty-ish year old Véroniques.They're still very much alive and kicking. Names go in and out of fashion but once you've got a name, it's for life :-)

It is a fairly common name, although now it has gone a bit down the list, there are some others that have become more "a la mode".

that name was popular between the 50' and 60' ...
