ok... some of these are bad answers. im 13 too and i want to go for the natural look, but cover up my blemishes, which i assume is along the lines of what you want to do. i recomend covergirl, only because that's what i use and its inexpensive, but i think just about anything will do. a great foundation is a liquid one with moisturizers, sunscreen, and a tint to it. covergirl foundation rox because they have these see-through plastic things with different transperent skin tones you put on ur hand and the one that disapears the most is the one for you! i like liquid a lot and if you wash your hands before, you can use your fingers to rub it in or triangle pieces of foam. powder is ok, but liquid looks less caked if applied in moderation. its also way easier to blend, giving the appearence of perfect skin.
i use lash exact black brown mascara.i i dont know what brand that is, but look it up on yahoo. i love it! maybellene is really hard to use because the bristals are super far apart and it tends to clump. (no eye liner for me, but because your eyes are big u might want some, its a lil tricky to apply though, and it makes it way obvious that your wearing it.but if you want do a thin line and smudge it) honestly, i think mascara is enough on the eyes.
if you want to be a little more dressed up consider sparkles.
if you wash your face after you get out of the shower at night and again in the morning (i do oil free at night andblackhead prevention in the morning) you will have healthier skin and the makeup will look even better!
o- i also use clear lip gloss or a peachy pink. it looks good with our skin tones! some people like lip gloss/ sticks in one, but they kinda are dark and show the cracks in ur lips, so i like gloss way better.
hope i helped!

Start out with maybe just a little pit of foundation powder to lightly cover up your birthmarks. When you're choosing a foundation color, go with one a tiny bit lighter than your skin tone so it doesn't look really heavy and dark on your face. Then usually some clear or really light pink lip gloss looks nice and it's not that noticeable. A light eyeshadow always works, and if you do use mascara, try not to put a whole lot on. I wouldn't start with eyeliner quite yet, maybe wait a little bit until you're really used to wearing makeup, because eyeliner is super noticeable usually.

I understand your problem, I had the same one. Use a concealer if the pink spots really bother you. The concealer should be a half tone lighter than your skin tone. Don't use a foundation or powder, because chances are it will be very noticable. For your eyes I suggest a 2 coats of a clear mascara. Add a light coat of peachy blush over your cheekbones and a cute lipgloss and you're good to go. Hope this helps!!! Email me if you need more help surfcomtesse@yahoo.com!

I'm 13 too. I wear a type of make-up called Bare Minerals. It is fabulous. You have to order it though. Go to google and type it in. I love it and I have oily skin. It prevents the oil, and covers up the birthmarks you might have. Hope it helps!!!

you shouldn't be wearing tonss of makeup.
since your eyelashes are thin, you can put on some mascara, but not too much. you can always put on some lip gloss, and maybe some concealer on your birthmarks, but that's it.
you're still young, so don't cake on makeup. it's all about being natural and using some makeup in the right spots to make your best features pop out. :)
Good Luck!

my favorite makeup is Neutrogena skin clearing makeup.
(i should get paid for this advertisement)
but its a makeup that treats acne, prevents more blemishes and covers well.
use a loose powder that is translucent, such as cornsilk colorless translucent loose powder. it's not as cakey looking as pressed powder.
and as for mascara, go with maybeline. the one that is pink with a green lid.
its regular calssic mascara, not too dramatic.
rather than lipstick, coverGirl makes a good lipstick/ lip gloss that isnt too dramatic; CG lipslicks. the colors are natural looking but still add color.
if your eyes look bare now that your other makeup is on, try a thin line of black or brown eyeliner, then smudge it with a qtip so it looks more subtle.

you should use some cover up and some powder for your birthmarks. I suggest bare minerals b/c that's the best thing out there and you should try some mascara so that your lashes would fit in with your round eyes.

you might want to check with a dermatologist about the best thing for the birthmark--try using only as little make-up as possible a light maybe brown mascars and a little pink blush. tinted lipgloss is great also!

Well, I would start out by using a little bit of foundation. Not TOO much, just put where you need it. You're young so your face doesn't need so much stuff on it. Add a tiny bit of blush to the apples of your cheeks, a little mascara just to open your eyes up, and a glossy chapstick. Not too much. Keep it simple, honey!
