What makes third world ; third world ?

One day a president of the third world decides to ask people around the world ; a real answer !! ( not the goverments ) .
How you can help him & his people ?

As nearly as I can tell, "third world" is a mispronunciation. The correct original phrase must have been "turd world."

Invariably, without exception, worldwide, you can tell you are in the turd world because there is a fat teenager in khakis getting out of a Toyota HiLux pickup truck with a loaded AK-47. This is the only person in the village who is overweight. There's a name for him, too: "the government."

Send rice or canned goods or seeds to this country and they will never leave the dock, they will be reshipped for a profit and for the money to acquire a better palace for the leader and for more khakis and bullets for the fat teenager.

It's a closed system. You can't help the people unless you invade, capture the fat teenager and feed the people yourself! If this particular turd is composed of separate ethnic factions, be prepared to IMMEDIATELY and PERMANENTLY partition the corpse into several small ethnically pure nations (the only plan that might have worked for Iraq, and it was intentionally left off the table when the invasion was planned).

Peaceful approach? This takes decades: offer a few of the very brightest math students an education in the west. Have them learn Adam Smith and Alexander Hamilton and the Periodic Table and the Beatles songs. Some of them will go back and start the revolution.

Another peaceful approach: work for wordwide real-time two-way satellite internet and cheap, solar-powered laptops. That way no fat kid with an AK-47 can herd people into the village square anywhere in the world, mow them down with automatic weapons fire, and have the event remain unrecorded for posterity.

Governments .. sorry for this, but i cant believe that millions of people who have bad president, will still be bad if they will have a good one,

the problem is, in the thrid world, presidents are writing the law and constitution while they are in bed or in vacations, coz no one can control them, they have full access for everything and anything, if there will be a force that can control the president from the government it self and the people, it would be the best .. but how can you have this force while the bad presidents are bad ??
