parenting is the best for the better benefits you get from your kids, but if it is a paying job outside the home that would be one that would blend in with my parenting job, like maybe working at a bank.

I think the best job would be one in which you could do the most good for people and enjoy it. Example; For many teachers a best job is theirs when they liked, trusted, and enjoy while teaching. Many teachers have the best jobs because they really enjoy their work and enjoy helping children. In this situation it is th ebest job for both the teacher and her students. Teachers and student sshare the teachers job more sothan in any other vocation. How ever if they are in a bad situation school even the best intentions will go unrewarded for teachers making life miserable for them regardless of how long they try.
If you are referring to work place alone. I think for me a home job in which my time is not spent with supervisors, and management whose only objective is lining their own pockets at someone else's expense.
The over all best job would be a home mom's where she has the time to be with her children, and prepare them for life beyond the house, and family. If she has the means financially, and loves children this would well be the best job available to anyone.
It's not an easy career, an doesn't pay in monetary gains but satisfaction with her children and family.
Accasnonally you can find a small office such as a bank or accounting firm with a laid back attitude and owners/operators with enough sense to jknow their employees are their most valuable asset. Pay them enough to earn a living and you have a fantastic working place.
This in to days highly competitive work doesn't happen often.
Doctors in highly lucative private practice office (according to which medicine they practice) enjoy short days, week ends off, and light but expensive patient success. However they usually work their staff at near mimium wage and expereince high turn over for this reason. How a doctor making 2 million a year can think his employee is happy and can live on 250/300 a week is beyound me. A few years ago I was in a physical therapy office for several weeks and this guy had nine offices over several cities. His staff seem to be the most satified I have ever seen in a doctors office and it was because he evidently paid them well, and was very likeable himself . He gave them leave way with their families, and work. As this was a small staff of about 6/8 in each office this was an ideal job for both the doctor and his staff. They all really enjoyed their work and he had people trying to get in for employment while other such offices had large turn overs in the trade. his average employee had been there 15 years or more.

My job. I drive snowcats on a ski hill and I make the run smooth and build snowboard parks. It is so fun driving such a big machine and making really cool things out of snow with it.
