Everyone looses something/someone important in their lifetime, but all cope with it differently.Someone stole my cell phone yesterday which was like my life, but I don't know how to cope. I don't want to fall to pieces, but I think I will... because everything in my life has been going downhill for the past week.
Help?

A cell phone can be replaced! Let's put this in perspective. You have not lost a friend or relative to death. You do not have a fatal disease. Your home has not burned down. Now...what were you saying about your cell phone? A little perspective goes a long way.

Accept the loss and move on. I know that's easy to say rather than do but I think doing anything else is a waste of energy. I hope you manage to get your phone back.

Wow, yeh... that really does suck. Try to look at any postive thing that happened in your week tho, instead of dwelling on the bad. Try to smile, and hey... maybe you were due for a new phone anyhoow
