It all depends on what you call "one color". Some people would call orange "one color" but others would say it is a mixture of yellow and red. Now asking if there are rocks that are one color or a "solid color" throughout then the answer would be yes. There are rocks that are only one color but most of these rocks would be considered gems or stones as they can be transformed into jewelry or used in scientific applications more readily. So yes...there are "rocks" that are a "single" color throughout.

There are rocks are coloured due to chemical composition
ie. acidic and basic, with quantity of coloured minerals.
