Why can't I use certain email address? i.e. www.federalretirement.org?

I wished to find out why I have received email from www.fedweek.com and above, but I cannot email them unless they are in my address book. I do not understand this.

You're probably using an incorrect suffix. If it's related to a goverment website then the suffix is usually .gov.

check with your internet provider,,,sometimes you have to belong to the company for the mail,,say,,aol....
