360 does not give you true friendship. It merely gives you acquaintances that enable you to share similar points of view or ideas.
This is one of the reasons people who believe they have friends on 360 get too deeply involved in their lives and only end up getting frustrated and hurt.
We all try to support each other on 360, but is it really the kind of support one needs. Is it true support? I don't think so. It makes us feel good for a bit but it doesn't solve our problems. That we need to do for ourselves.
I cannot believe some of the hatred and garbage spewed on 360. The language alone at times baffles me.
Fun should be fun and nothing more. Make it too personal and that creates a whole new ball of wax.
360 has some wonderful personalities. People that are fun, have humour and can see the funny and sad side to life. And that is all that they should be.

I agree with much of what has been said. My answer is totally redundant.
I have to add that sometimes we can cross the line with more ease than in the real world because this is an unreal world. The rules of conduct seem to get blurred. I truly try to behave in a way that wouldn't embarrass me or anyone else if you all were just living down the street from me.
I observed some very unpleasant behaviour recently and I just want to remind everyone that on the other end of the cable is a person who might get hurt.

I guess it would deepen it in some strange way. Someone you see a little picture of everytime you go to your 360 page....

In my case it has bread, bread. LOL
It is a mixed bag. Some like it hot, some like it cold. I like it just right.
I am just here or there, I like to hang out because I like to hang out. I like the smiles that others bring to my face. I like the tears that they inspire in me. I like the friendships that have blossomed. But mostly, I am just there. My life is outside the computer and I have been enjoying it a lot lately.
But I would say that it is mixed...

This just tends to be a microcosm of a larger society, so I think the answer would be both. It depends who you choose to surround yourself with.

LMAO! Both! Just like in 'real' life! Some people become more lovable as you get to know them better. Others, well........ yeah, just the opposite!
