I am 14 and I have recently found an interest in acting and modeling, but I have no knowledge of any where in North Carolina that I can become the Actor/Model I am persuing to become.

Try community theater. Some have educational programs for aspiring actors and a lot of professional actors have roots in community theater. See the link below for some community theaters in your state.

Probably not. Acting opportunites are found in New York City and Los Angeles. The top modeling agencies are located on those cities. Also Paris France.

I seem to recall that there was a flourishing film industry in and around Wilmington; perhaps you can look into that.
