T-Mobile, Verizon, Cingular or Sprint?

I'm not really sure what you're asking here though. Are you looking for the best coverage or the best network?
Technology wise, Verizon's CDMA is the best. CDMA is a better tech than the wider used phone tech used with Cingular, Sprint, etc (GSM). It was too late onto the scene so it was beaten in the market.
However, Verizon's coverage, I admit, is not on par with Cingular.
Ah, I re-read your question and since you are asking for coverage, then Cingular it is (was AT&T's side that was better. Cingular originally, before the merge, was crap).

Cingular, hands down. Cingular has the largest voice and data network than any other provider. You are going to get more bars in more places! You can compare with the coverage map found here:

I'm sure you've seen the big news in Cingular's current add campaigns, that It was also determined by the leading independent research company that Cingular has the least dropped calls than anyone elese. I live in Austin, TX which is a big college town and I have alot of customers that travel. So, I have verified this first hand with hundreds of people.
Finally, Cingular's has awsome features like Rollover and free mobile to mobile on all voice plans. Cingular is not going to take your minutes away from you, they are yours to keep, the fairest deal in wireless. In addition, Cingular's got some great phones to choose from and a high speed 3G data network. It's a no-brainer... choose Cingular!!! :) :) :)

If you live in phoenix, the best service would be for you to get CIngular. Their 3G/GSM network would probably get you better service the Verizon, or Sprint.

I dont know about where you live but in Oklahoma US Cellular always gets the best all around coverage.

I have sprint and you only lose signal in really thick wall and i mean like 20 ft cement walls
