I think turkish people are very nice, extremely broad minded, having the views of the European communities and ideologies of the Middle East. Turkey is, I believe, an extremely beautiful country with beautiful architecture, and I always do want to go there. However, I feel Turkey must stop trying to get into the EU, because I feel doubtful if they would ever let them in, and I would rather like it if they joined the Middle East countries.

Having lived with two during college...... I'm not a big fan, they were nice to our face, but really didn't like me (american) or the other people who we shared the house with.... British, Bulgarians and a Romanian. Turkey is a beautiful country, and I think my experience with Turkish people was a little soured, but I doubt they all are backstabbers.

Great place. Beautiful scenery. Friendly and nice ppl. Istanbuls palaces and islands are out of this world!!!

Turks are great people, especially the ones you meet in the hamams. Food is wonderful, scenery is outstanding, and the smiles are glorious.
