Donte Whitner might stand a good chance, playing Culpepper twice a year. He's picked up the system fast and has some talented teammates, and a nose for the ball. A.J. Hawk also has a good chance, as he's shown all the physical and mental tools he has can be applied well to the NFL this preseason, and with their oline still shaky, the GB defense may spend quite a bit of time on the field.
As for offense....Vernon Davis seems a likely candidate. I doubt it'll be one of the QBs. None of them are in a rookie-friendly enviroment and won't start the whole season.

As for who has the best opportunity? Vernon Davis..Joseph Addia...A.J. Hawk...Greg Jennings...Chad Jackson (With Branch and Givens out ...he may be busy).
Other than those guys...injuries would be important for others like DeAngelo Williams, Reggie Bush, and one of the QBs to get out there and play more.
Too early to tell though...but those would be my guesses for people with a shot at it.
