Cutting is a psychological problem/form of self mutilation, probably found all over the world.

Dont try to be streotypical....what people do has nothing to do with race or where they live. Indiviuals decide what they want to do, drugs, anoxiera, or cut themselves. I bet some countries even have stores where they supply the knives and chairs to cut yourself with. Thats how messed up this world is.

people are people darling, we are not that special, and no country in the world has a population that is immune to personal pain. We all have our ways of coping and as sad as it is cutting really is a global issue, not one just confined to the secret selves we keep. Here's a good site to help you if you need it.

People cut all over the world it's not based on race/nationality.
Rude people exist everywhere.

if you mean cut as in cutting hand etc to hurt ourself for no reason or depression, i think it occurs nearly everywhere.

sadly though, that is never the best solution.
