Defence-Nike T90 (comfortable)
Midfield- Nike Airlegends (i have these and they are the BEST cleats ever)
Forward-Nike Mercurial Vapor (dont wieght nothing quicker)

i take it your talking about football boots (english). i have had nike vapoors for the last to seasons and they are the best boots i've ever had (although they sometimes rub the back of my ankles). i would also recommend Addidas Tune-its, as you can swap and change the studs for differents hardness of ground

For me (age 35) and my daughters (age 9), we use Adidas F30.6 TRX FG's. They have a glove like fit and soft cushion bottom. Price is not to bad either, going for $80 and $50 respectivley. Plus the no lace feature help with the control of shots and hard passes.
