Why hasn't it tracked Osama bin Laden as yet??

I meant detecting criminals and all that stuff....why haven't they as yet tracked Osama. He must be very easy

USAmerica was founded on criminal activity. It started out as 13 states and by lying, cheating, bribing, and murdering to genocidal proportions acquired 37 more states. It is not like the inhabitants by democratic vote begged to be members.
Read the history of Hawaii. The Queen's (Liilluakilalani) brother visited the USA and had to ride in the back of the train due to segragation laws.
USAmericans worship gangster personalities. Their idea of an apology is, "get over it," "that was in the past," as if the past soes not affect the future.
Native Americans live on less land area than the original 13 colonies. Another group of Native Americans are being derided and labled as "illegal aliens." Their ancestors were the landlords of the land.
Yes USAmerica is indeed one of the most advanced countries in crime and in criminal activity. They are experts in spinning the truth and confusing the issue. USAmerican governmental officials and administration have been lying from the signing of the Declaration of Independence through today. Lying is accepeted in its corporate infrastructure and in its legal system.
Why should I believe anything they say?
O. bin Ladden has no history of lying to me. Why should disbelive him.
As children we are told that lying is bad, because a liar can cheat, steal, or murder, simply because he can lie about it.
We do not have all of the facts that establishes that Osama bin Ladden was implicated or involved in the 911 tragedies. We only conjecture about what is fed to us, to condition us ,towards hatred for a group of people, while gaining support, to further encslave the liberties of all comon men in this country and perhaps the planet.
Only the vigillent are truly free.

We may be advanced in detecting crime but the skill is seldom administered. Usually plea bargaining is the tool to "solve" crimes.
For whatever reason, and there are many, crime detection efforts are curtailed. Our get "tough" on crime usually is the "crime du jour", the most popular of the day. Massive amounts of money are spent in the effort towards the "war on drugs". Very little money, comparatively, is disbursed to combat violent offenses such as rape, spousal abuse, child sexual assualt and other predatory crimes.
The result is court dockets clogged with medical issues, addiction's of any kind is a medical issue, and should be treated as such. Also, prison's are full of addicts, receiving no treatment for the addiction and now getting "sicker" still in the prison environment. And predators and violent offenders are released to make room for the overflow. OR WORSE YET, more prison's are built, instead of hospitals, treatment center's and half way houses.
BTW: Crime detection efforts DOES NOT deter crime, it creates a better criminal.
BTW: More police in an area INCREASES the crime rate.
BTW: There are many criminals amongst us but we use an antiquated system of justice, the guilty go free while many fall victim when they cannot afford a good criminal defense. How much justice can you afford? Do you know justice is available to you? This also explains the huge disparity in the race of the prisoner population and the race of the people that are much more frequently found "not guilty".
But in answer to your question, I would like to ask the CIA the same question. Bush is just the monkey and I strongly suspect has a much different agenda than actually capturing Bin Laden. Peace.

Sure. He's in a cave in Western Pakistan being protected by a tribe that the Pakistani government has no control over.

Absolutely. We're so advanced, almost 1% of our entire population is currently imprisoned or out on parole.
