well yes and no, people (and all living things) grow tall due to certain types of hormones in the body, hormones are like messengers which tell the cells what to do, hormones make us female or male, hormones decide when its time for us to hot puberty, and hormones make us tall, the more growth hormone is released in the body the taller a person gets, the quantity of hormone which would be secreted in the body is decided by your genes.
so what about the milk and yogurt, well they provide you with calcium which is needed in bones, lack of calcium could slow down your rate of growth or stop it is severe cases, but over supply of calcium will not make you taller. These growth hormones can injected in the body to make them grow.
Eating lots of yogurt and milk will make sure that you reach the height your genes want you to reach, but will not take you any further (you need lot more things than milk and yogurt to grow, you need proper sleep, exercise etc.).

you're able to have a tough time preserving a Siberian Husky contained, they're regardless of each and every thing the Houdini's of the canines worldwide. are you able to attach an overhang fence on your present day fencing? purchase a canines run with a attractive? The final option may be tethering the canines yet that often would not have a good consequence with this breed, this is greater clever than the canines clearing the fence and getting nailed via a vehicle although. easily? i might recommend you elect yet another breed, Husky's require a ton of finished of life workout each and on a daily basis and area which you look unwilling to grant.

When I was at primary school (over 18 years ago) we were all given milk to drink in the mornings because it was known to be a good source of calcium, vital for bone growth.
But it didn't make me grow any taller ... height is genetically pre-determined, as is your eye colour etc.
I'm 5ft tall, so is my mother, my grandmother ...

No, but the milk and cheese might make you a lot rounder. Eat a healthy diet and you will maximize your growth. Height really depends upon genetics.

This question really depends on how old you are. If you are a child or a teenager, you will grow whether you eat these things or not. If you are an adult, no dairy products will not make you grow taller, although it will keep you healthier. Dairy products are good for you and even though they won't make you grow, you should still eat them.

Depends where you are starting from! A good balanced diet with plenty of protein, not an excess, together with good exercise will develop your body to its full potential, where ever your starting from.
Alternatively try the Medieval Rack. Tends to make you stretch a bit!

guess they would if you stack a whole bunch of them up and stand on them
why do you want to be so tall? if it's to be a model double check you're not pug ugly first or it's all a waste of time most models I know are miserable anyway and certainly don't eat hardly anything especially not dairy products, far too fattening darling

Look mate, if you're a girl and anywhere past 15 then you aren't gonna get any taller.
If you're a boy anywhere past 17 you're not going to get any taller.
Period.
If you eat healthy you'll reach the height your genes say you can reach, no more.
