Yes you can cry but I found it hard to smoke under water!

If you have the right kind of air supply. If you don't, you're sunk. Crying involves a lot of breathing. In a really good bawl, you gasp for air.
I am not sure the tear ducts would function in cold water.
I think it would be an utterly miserable experience. I think I'll pass.

No...you can't cry under water. Do need to breath in and out while crying and it is not possbile under water unless otherwise you have enough arrangements under water.

i can not cry even on land...i can pee under the water..but i know if you are crying and than suddenly jump in the water than you still crying,isn't it?!

Depends where? In the sea I'ld get the salt stinging me eyes or in the pool, it's the chlorine!! You can cry if you're wearing goggles!!!!

definitely can - I am a long distance swimmer - when I was told my daughter was diagnosed with an incurable disease I cried for miles in the water - it was my only release- I also howled a lot underwater too.

No, because in order to cry, you have to breathe, and you cannot breathe underwater, or water will fill your lungs and you will drown.
