If you believe in history past and present it is beauty that ruins the power!

In my opinion, Beauty is greater than power. Beauty in the sense that I'm speaking of does not refer to the physical attractiveness in human beings. True beauty is powerful. Like the beauty and power of a thunderstorm. The beauty and power of Nature. Beauty is truth and all that is good, wise, and life giving. One cannot have true Power unless they are fortified with Truth and all that is good, wise, and life giving...Beauty.

As far as I believe, both are not great.... they both will end or finished at one point.. the greatness lies in moral and spritual strength and not in physical beauty or power. As we say beauty lies in the eyes of the viewer, so as the power... The most powerfull man in this world, cant say this because, the power ceases with time.. and the other one is more powerful than him or her...

Each is good in it's place, but an overabundance of either in people makes them off balance, unable to compensate is a handicap. they say that absolute power corrupts absolutely, I have seen this to be true. In people, beauty sometimes fades, if that is all a person is about, what do they have left? I would think that moderation in all things, a balance is what we should all strive for.
