Good question. Betty did it first so she is the queen mom. Dita does it oh so well (said with more than a wee bit of envy of my part) and she wore Westwood on her wedding day so she is the has to be the heiress to the throne!

I don't know if you can really compare the two. Bettie was scandalous for her generation and Dita could be considered "scandalous" for this generation even though hardly anyone is shocked about anything anymore. Dita has a "good girl" image by day and "bad girl" image by night, whereas Bettie has just one image.
If I had to choose though, I'd pick Dita.

Definitely Bettie Page (that's the real spelling)! She was the first, the original! Dita is great, but she basically copies what Bettie has done.
