reboot your son in the behind until he remembers how he did it.
failing that,
If you have a nvidia graphics card, and have a nvidia icon in the bottom right hand corner of the screen ( well, before it got turned upside down !) the right click it, choose the graphics card, then check "rotation" try rotating it 180°.

My monitor has an "invert screen" function similar to what another user says below about reverse Y axis. Check your monitor menu as he says.

You'll need to click on Control Panel and monitor settings - there should be orientation settings here. On mine it's under 'display driver'.

hit Menu button on your monitor, scroll down to Screen Geometry.. find the setting for "Flip Y-Axis" or "Reverse Y-Axis".. and Select it.
But before doing this.. bring your son to the monitor by his ear.. rub his nose in the screen.. and say "bad son.. you no touch monitor!" spank-spank.
