Foundation for oily skin without clogging my pores was something that eluded me for 25 years and I have used every drugstore brand, department store, and even mail-order brands like SheerCover, Bare Mineral, etc. and have two that I highly recommend and are very affordable.
- "Skin Stays Clean" foundation by Almay
- "pure makeup" foundation by Maybelline
The one by Maybelline is my favorite. It comes in every shade, shine-free with H20, and oil free.
And remember, always apply a light dusting of face powder after applying your foundation to set it and keep it shine-free for hours.

I have oily skin as well and your best bet is not to use a liquid fondation at all! if you go to the Mac store at a mall near you ( Mac is usually inside of Macys) they have a bunch of powders but the NW line is for people with oily skin like me and you. thats what you wanna use. I use NW 42 by Mac but im dark skinned so all pending upon your skin color you wanna pick a shade that blends in and if you need help they have make up artists who are willing to assist you! good luck

MAC has a great foundation that mattifies your skin and won't clog pores. Just ask the sales person to help you...or, just look. It's the only one in a tube kind of packaging.

I have a foundation by Collection 2000, it's called "Natural Matt+ Foundation" which is meant to make your skin look matt. It's really quite cheap and works nicely too. :)
Good luck. :)
