I can't control my mind I think am insane . I Don't know how to explain it some thing is out there to get me

I would say the percentage would be rather high. What do you think is out there to get you and why? A person can and some times do lose their mind. Have you had a bad dream? Are you going to school? There are so many things that could be going wrong in your life right now. Being a teenager is not a easy street as some would want you to think. Have you talked to your parents about all of this? Maybe you should set up an appt. to see your family doctor and then the doctor can direct you to the correct physician. Being in your teenage years, there is much on your mind. More than what you may even realize. So before anything happens please seek help for yourself.

Sweetie go to the nearest adult and just spill. Let your mind wander and say it out loud to that person. When you are done you will feel better and realize you are not insane but simply have too much on your mind.
