Really it depends on where you live and what white article of clothing you want to wear. For example, a white shirt is fine all year round. Some designers make "winter white" suits that are usually off-white wool and they can look extremely chic! I live in the deep south and our winters never get cold so I will probably wear white after labor day (actually I know I will as it's well in the 90's here).
On the other hand, I absolutely HATE white shoes and purses. I would not wear them even in the dead of summer. I prefer to wear gold shoes with white pants. I know that metallics are very fashionable this year, but I have always owned a pair of gold flats (usually ballerina shoes) to wear with light colors in the summer.

If you want to obey fashion rules no. If you do yes. White is appropriate between Easter and Labor Day.

sure why not?! i love fashion and i follow all of the rules but i always wear white after labor day! there are sooooooooooooo many cute putfits you can put together! white accessories are always great to wear with anything!!! go for it sista!

Yes, but it is a creamor ivory offwhite color, more commonly referred to as "winter white." You can wear white after Labor Day if you really want to, but I wouldn't.

Yes it is....wearing white depends on the weather. If you live somewhere really warm, you can wear white all you want.....and then when fall and winter arrive you can wear winter white! Enjoy!

I do and I dont care...I wouldn't wear all white, but I wear white tops and white shoes...I dont care.

Wear anything you want. I've heard it's don't wear white shoes after labor day.

Winter white is acceptable , but a blazing white white in shoes or bag isn't acceptable .
