I'd like to know more about working as a au pair girl in a family... Could someone tell me the site of a good agency or something? Or a personal experience?

I have never been an au pair myself but I have known many many of them.
I toyed with the idea of being an au pair but decided against it because of all that I saw going on. I have heard too many horror stories. Often au pairs are treated like servents. They are overworked and hardly paid. Money cannot be your motive in doing this- There is no money!!!
The vast majority of au pairs that I know speak very negative of their experience. I've yet to hear anyone say that it was worth it!!!
