Ok here is my regular weekday. I wake up at 4 am, eat breakfast, then leave to go to a mountain preserve to climb a mountain, I go to the gym and get in the sauna for about 30 mins and take a shower and go to work for 8 hours. After work I go to school until 8:30pm, finally I get to come home and grab a tiny snack and go on the computer for a while and go to bed around 10 or 11pm. My boyfriend is pissed at me cause I am tired almost everyday. I try to rest on the weekends but he thinks that you cannot make up sleep. I think I can at least feel more refreshed. I take multivitamins and I have checked my blood at the doctors and I don't have anything wrong with my thyroid and I don't have anemia or any deficiencies. Please tell me what I can do to not feel tired. Thanks!

Have you considered you kind of need more sleep if you wake up at 4am, and do all the activities like that everyday? Doing exercise is good for your body but if you got work and school everyday, then you might need some more sleep instead.

You are only sleeping 5-6 hours a day while the human body typically needs 8 hours to function optimally - I'm surprised your doctors didn't catch that. Start off by changing your schedule so that you get 8 hours of sleep a day - your boyfriend is right that you can't make up sleep. And with so much exercise every day, you may need more than the sugested 8 hours a night. Take a look at the Sleep Foundation webpage below for more information.

You also don't mention what your diet is. Make sure that you're eating a balanced diet with enough calories to support your high energy lifestyle.

You wake up at 4:00 everyday and your constantly on the go your going to be tired, you might have to cut at least one of your activities in the day to at least be able to see your boyfriend b/c you don't have time to see him now and your always tired b/c your running all day try and get as much sleep on the weekend as possible before you see your boyfriend

Try going to a sleep clinic. Sleep apnea can cause such havoc in your life, and half the time your not even aware you have it.

Sleep is the only cure for fatigue, trust me.

im pretty sure ur just not getting ENOUGH rest!
ur saposed to get atleast 10 hours of sleep!
so just try to get more sleep!
