Some people are used to eating 2-3 large meals per day; sounds like you might try eating 4-6 smaller meals that will keep you satisfied and ward off those hunger cravings! Also, check your blood sugar level with your Doctor; you can feel hungrier if your sugar is low.

I read that thirst is OFTEN mistaken as hunger. Try keeping a bottle of water around... and drinking more frequently and see if that has any effect. Another suggestion is to keep a food log to see exactly what you're eating. If you're eating good, nutrious foods when you eat, and not "empty calories" (junk)... and are still constantly hungry... you should consult your doctor.

Are you really ALWAYS hungry? ?

The body can only require so much food to process - -
or do you have a metabolism problem, thyroid? boredom? etc.

give this some though, you may need to see a Doctor.

i think you're in a diet. Stop eating less and less frequent. You should eat frequently and much to not become hungry. But if you are afraid of gaining weight you must burn more calories.
