Is anyone who numerically solved the equation phi in Chandrasekhar's article "rotational distorted polytropes?

You need to be a bit more specific. I did not find any paper with that precise title, though I did find

There are no phis in any of these papers, though there are psis, chis, thetas and zetas. Perhaps you can look at these papers and name the specific paper in question and the equation number?
