I would say so, however, usually it doesn't trickle out like that. Of course, you could be starting with a mild leakage. Perhaps you should call 911 and ask this question. If it hasn't, then you can stay home, but at least you asked a professional or had one check you (if you have health insurance anyway) rather than asking a bunch of lay-persons on yahoo answers. Good luck with the baby either way.

If you are actually urinating, then no, your water has not broken. However if you are leaking clear liquid, it is likely you are going to be bringing home a new family member very soon. Go to the hospital and get checked out and let us know how it all turns out. Congratulations!

Oh how I wish that's happening to me right now..i'm also 39 weeks and oh so ready to give birth!!! Well, the easiest way to tell I guess is if you stop it like you can when you do pee then its not amniotic fluid...if you can't then your baby is on it's way!! You can get it checked either way....they do a test that will determine what it is. Good luck!

Depends on what you mean by peeing?
Is it when you actually have to go to the bathroom, or is it just WHOOSH with no stopper to be had?
If it's your water... The contractions (which feel like being kicked in the back or stomach by an angry horse) will follow shortly after...

You mean you are constantly leaking? Then that is probably your water. Put a thick pad on, get a towel to sit on, call the doc and go to the hospital.

If the water discharge is from the birth canal you should plan on being a new mother soon and the appropriate steps should be taken.

Ummm... Usually you don't pee it out. It is either coming out your pee hole or your other hole. It should just be constant. You can't stop and start it like pee. So If you can start and stop it then no you haven't. The only way to tell fo rsure is to go to the hopital and have them test you.

It sounds like that's the case. Go to the hospital and have them assess. They may send you home to wait it out, or not. However, if you're there, you're in the right place if things start to move along quickly!

Most likely...some women do nit just gush their fluid out but have a slower leakage. Time to pack up and head to the hospital. Good luck to you! and congrats!

It sounds like it did break. My friend's sister just had a baby girl yesterday, named Nyoka Jamie Rodriguez-8 lbs. 5 oz., & 23 in.
