The minimum age of criminal responsibility is usually age 10, more or less. Under that age no child can be prosecuted. Exact age and policy varies by state/country.

Over that age, a juvenile proceeding will be opened and prosecution is possible. There has been a number of such cases in Britain in the past year -- kids of 14 to 16 joy riding.

Yes. Most states have license requirements to operate a motor vehicle on the public roadway. If caught, you would most likely be charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license. Also consider the liability of the circumstance - did you have permission to operate the vehicle? If yes, whomever let you drive will be liable for any damage incurred by your operation of the vehicle, especially if you were involved in an accident or injuried a person.

Yes, for driving without a licence,
Dont worry, i was caught doing the same, driving my dad drunk home.

If its the first time getting caught, then youll just receive a warning from the court.

Maybe a few hours of community service, depending on where you live, and if the judge is an A-SS

Yes because it is still considered driving with no license but there is times when you can come across the right cop that will overlook it and let you go considering you have a drunk in the car and you are helping them get home safely.

Yes. Multiple charges. Driving Under the Influence and driving without a license. Then there are the charges that can and should be filed against the parents.
