I have a really bad "lesdar" and I would hate to go up to talk to a girl assume she's a lesbian or bisexual, and then she's straight. I wouldn't want to make her uncomfortable.

Well, sometimes you have to lie. I respect the fact that you do not want to make her uncomfortable. What I would do, I would make up a story, that some old girlfriend came out to you and said she likes you. Ask her what she would do in that situation. Wait for her response. Refrain from expressing your opinion because that might influence in her response. As her what she would do in that was to happen to her. If her response is positive, then let go for that day, but bring up the subject again at a different occasion. Remember, you can't just ask her becasue you don't know how she might respond.

You could ask her, and maybe she would give her the option 2 be with her or not. Then again people cant help themselves 2 keep their options open. Well if u find used condoms sitting around in her car, well hey that's a clue. If a cousin start calling all hours of the night is another clue. Then u can almost tell by the way she talks 2 guys.

try not to focus on that. there is no real way of knowing except if you ask. so just meet with them get a friendship going and somewhere in the conversation mention your sexual prefrence. if she is gay she will most likely offer up the same thing and if she is straight she might know someone and hook you up. the goal is networking not a piece of a** that will come later unless THAT is the goal and then i'm stumped.

You could always try to ask her if she has a significant other. That might be the start to a good conversation.

Good luck.

One, you can't "tell" some people talk about Gay dar and i do believe there is something to Queer-dar but it is unhealthy for a person to be labeled unless they label themselves.

Ask. ^_^

First you become her best friend, win over each other's trust, then you go for the goods. If she trusts you she might put out regardless.
