I enjoy watching professional football far more than college ball. I'm not sure why other than I didn't grow up loving any college teams, but at an early age was introduced to professional football and came to support one team and those specific players.

I enjoy College Level sports more than professional sports because athletes can become so enticed by the million dollar contracts that they will do illegal things to be chosen to be on the pro teams. They will sabotage another player by trying to defame their reputation, or go to the point of hiring hit-men such as Tonya Harding was "alleged" to have done to hurt Nancy Kerrigan's ankle so she could not compete in a skating contest.
How many professional football, baseball, bicycling, track, and for that matter, how many pro athletes in all sports take ANABOLIC STEROIDS to cheat??? I know some of the college players use these drugs, but they are not as "desperate" unless they have their heart set on pro competition, and usually are not as deeply into such performance enhancing hormones that can help them win contests.

College sports suit me better. Professional sport is just business. College sport has a bit more spirit.
