It depends on what you want him to do after the TV is off?! If you want him to make love to you, strutt your naked self in front of the TV. If you want him to do chores, unplug the TV and cable box and hide the wires! If you want him to sit and talk to you then give him a six pack of beer. Now if you want him to stop for no reason then you need to get a hobby of your own and leave him be!

Put on something really sexy and just walk around in front of him pretending you're not really trying to get his attention...lol
Dust the shelves next to the tv in a thong.... it always works for me.

Do what Kathy Bates did in Fried Green Tomatoes, get nude and wrap yourself in saran wrap and stand between him and the t.v.

good luck i have the same problem all i can say is try give less attention to it and pay more attention to something else and that might piss him off enough to pay attention to u i can tell u it is a male thing to cause my hubby and a friend's hubby is doing it to
