Is it a basic human right to be able to know what the other gender looks like?

Serious question. If you live long enough to want to know, do you think you have this as a basic human right, even if you are never able to marry?

Lot of dumb answers here. I'm not talking about blind people or existing law. And WTF is with suggesting a Playboy or a willing person of the other gender? Do you have a human right to look at a Playboy?

You have a basic human right to look at a playboy or any other pornography so long as it did not, while being produced, violate anothers human right. i.e. Children, no one was forced to pose, no one is pictured without their consent or knowledge.

Basically this would come under the haedingof freedom of expression, freedom of the press and technically Freedom of information.

I think we'd be a lot healthier if children were raised not to have shame about the human body. There should be more opportunities for wholesome nude recreation. That would eliminate the mystery about what the other gender looks like, and give people a more healthy body acceptance.

No. It's not a basic human right to "be able to" know what the other gender looks like. I don't know if you're refering to being cured of blindness or if you're wondering whether it's your right to be able to distinguish between men and women... but no, it's not.

No. Perception is not a basic human right, in any legal sense.

Otherwise, people who are blind could be said to be denied basic human rights, and have legal recourse.
