My little girl had a fever from Thursday to Saturday, but I controlled it with Tylenol. She got up today feeling well, but the palm of her hands are bright red and hurt as if they were burnt. What is this?

A viral phenomenon.

See if she has a similar thing on her feet, and look for rash around her mouth or ulcers in her mouth.

It'll be ummm... parvovirus I think off the top of my head. Let me look it up.

Nope - my bad.

It's coxsackie A16 - "hand foot and mouth disease"

However, you might want to take her to the doctor to get checked. Diagnosis over the internet is notoriously inaccurate :)

The bright red palm of your Daughters right hand could be
due to an allergic Reaction to Tylenol.
To rule out more serious complications seek medical help
at once.

How old is your little girl? I probably wouldn't be too terribly concerned, unless the fever comes back, but you are the parent and you know best, so if you're worried...give the doctor a call...that's his (or her) job!
