According to my source, a dork is a penis or a despicable person (synonymous with jerk or prick). Dorky, however, means stupid, awkward or klutzy.
Personally, I'd lean toward the penis definition based on punishment meted out by my mother when I once called my sister a dork, having just heard the word on the school playground but having absolutely NO idea what it meant!

In my opinion, it is someone who is socially challanged. A geek is obessed with fandoms (Star Wars, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings), and a nerd is obsessed with learning.
