Have you tried calling the school directly? Or if you remember your exam boards they should be able to send you a copy maybe?

Contact the examination board, if you know which board you used e.g The Oxford Examination board. I managed to get duplicate O and A level certificates.

I'd contact your former school to see if they have a copy on file. You should also consider getting in touch with the exam board.

I think you can write to your old school to obtain what grades you achieved.
