It depends on the body part. I feel that some parts of human body should be artificially kept bald. But interestingly enough, I don't think it's a good idea to keep other parts of human body artificially hairy.

depends on the area. privates? Some hair, like a landing strip of hair. For men with hairy backs? Oh please shave it or laser it quick! Heads? Man or woman whatever is your prefence. I have seen a few women with shaved heads. Natile Portman, looks HOT!

Nicely trimmed around the edges, the rest cut short.
Bald is good too, but looks damn ugly.
The worst are those big hairy ones that scratch up your cheeks when you're down there. ewww

It all depends which body part you are talking about. if its your back then bald if it's yourchest bald if its your head well it depends on what head shape you have.
