Almost everytime I see an answer on here about why, I see the christains put down, deside for yourself,should I obey GOD or man? Being gay is an abomination, we are of the animal race,all of us are, so why don`t we allow humans and dogs to marry? sure their are people out there that actually have sex with animals, Is that ok? this is their sexual preferance so why not? and would it be ok for these people to also raise kids to think this is acceptable? It is against the law for man to have sex with a lamb, why would we have to have a law against that? as christians we have to stand for what the Bible teaches Is right, and if we take a GOOD look at the shape of the world today, we HAVE some pretty lazy christians, or maybe thier just playing church. anyway, I don`t hate anyone, I hate SIN, even my sins, the flesh is weak, but that don`t make it ok to SIN.

Amiko, every bible verse you gave was from Old testiment, the old laws were done away with, and still what you have said does not stop gay sexuality from being an abomination, which is In the NEW testiment, and you did answer any of the questions, Should humans be able to marry the animals they love, because this is their sexual preferance, and should they bring up kids to belive in it also?

I do not judge GOD, the Bible which is the truth, does call homosexuality an abomination, if you knew the Bible, you would have known that. the truth itself condems it. you are right animals cannot consent to it, but children cannot either, they are not given a choice of who adopts them. And I would gladly talk Bible verses with you anytime.

Being gay is an abomination within YOUR religion. Your religion does not rule the lives of others and is not the engine behind this country's civil laws. Why are you discussing bestiality in this forum? When the dog can give informed consent, then you might have a point. Why is it that people of your ilk run repeatedly to the most outrageous over dramatic fantasies such as "If we allow gay marriage, then people will want to marry their pets."? Give us all a well deserved break, how many people do you know that desire to have a sexual relationship with an animal sanctioned by law? I don't know any, and I'm not Christian. By your standards I guess I should know scads of them. By the way? Bestiality is still legal in the oh so great state of Texas, where our current holier-than-thou President is from, imagine that... If a lobby for human/animal sexual rights happens to magically appear, look for it from that corner of the country.
Sin is a religious concept and a personal one at that. Attend to the logs in your own eye and examine your own flagrant self-righteousness before you deem yourself worthy of judging others in a God's name who would surely be horrified at your pretension and penchant for throwing stones from a very fragile glass house.

Humans should be allowed to have sex with animals if and only if they can prove that the animal consented. This is pretty much impossible to prove, unless maybe you had a trained chimp who could indicate their willingness to have sex with a human. Or possibly a dolphin.
Yes, that sounds sick to me as well, and isn't something I would want to do. But the reason we have laws isn't to make sure everyone is doing things you personally are comfortable with, you arrogant tightass.
It should not be legal for people to marry animals under any circumstances, because marriage implies that legal rights are granted to one party on behalf of the other. You can't give power of attorney to a sheep or a chimpanzee. Without the legal rights and responsibilities that go with marriage, it is just a piece of paper.
Of course if someone wants to hold a private ceremony where they pledge their undying love and devotion to their pet, that is fine. It would not be a government-sactioned "marriage", but there is nothing illegal about it. If they then wanted to consumate, you'd run into the consensuality problem I mentioned earlier.
All your other arguments are based on your personal interpretation of your personal religion. I'm sorry, but in this country, laws are NOT based on one person's interpretation of their religion. The current administration doesn't seem to get that, but eventually all you bigots will die off. Gay marriage WILL become legal in America - it's just a matter of time.

wow..it never ceases to amaze me how many people come to these pages, claiming to be Christian, and constantly pass judgment and chastise others. I don't know what church YOU went to, or what Bible YOU read, and what God YOU believe in...but when I was growing up, they never taught us to hate others in Sunday school. I am a lesbian and Christian...as are all my other gay/lesbian friends. hatred is neither a family nor a Christian value. God created and loves us all....are you claiming that He made mistakes? because He doesn't! if God didn't create homosexuals, there wouldn't be any!
and another thing, why do you "haters" keep equating being homosexual with bestiality and pedophilia? one has nothing to do with the other....especially since most of them are straight!!
adults can give each other consent, children and animals cannot.

There was no medical science when the bible was put together. Nobody new people were born gay or transgendered in those time they could only write their own prejudices. Funny how you accept the old testament laws when they suit your own bigotry but never wonder about the truth of why the rest were dropped. The reason for that was to convert Romans and nothing else. Jesus lived his life buy the laws set down in the old testament and never abolished them.
I never met anybody that wanted sex with animals but if you want to you should not let the ASPCA hear about it or you'll be in trouble.

Man and animal? The animal is not capable of giving consent, so this ends up being an abusive use of sex. This is like the temple prostitutes or the men of Sodom...abusive sex.
It does not compare to caring and respectful love between two human beings. If you profess to be Christian, you'll see that Christ himself never condemned homosexuals or homosexuality. He never even spoke of it. What he spoke of was love; love of God, love of self and love of neighbor. I can refer you to a couple of Bible verses if you like to read the Bible.
In the mean time, know that it is appropriate that you carry God's message of love to others. It is not appropriate that you appoint yourself as God's judge and come into this forum to insult gentle people.

What are you trying to accomplish? Was there supposed to be a message of Grace in that judgement you had pointed at all us people? I didn't see it.
You are rude, you didn't preach Christ, and then you tried for humility at the end, it came off as being false BTW.
If you are so humble about hating your sins, why did you attack the Gays for theirs. Isn't there a difference between the message of sin and the message of Grace, the message of Salvation? You are not good at this. I don't suggest you stop trying if that's the way the Lord is directing you, but preach Jesus Christ, not your message of condemnation!
Romans 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
By your own words you would also be condemned, right? Sinner. Were it not for the covering atonement, right? Think about it.

I hope your god blesses your ministry. How long have your felt the calling to make sure that every homosexual gets this message? At what point did this issue become so important that nothing that Jesus actually had to say was more important than this?
You can tell people all day and all night until Jesus returns that the Bible says homosexuality isn't right, but it isn't going to remove homosexuality from our society.
We do agree on one thing, though... There are some VERY lazy Christians out there and some are just playing church.
I think it would be more beneficial to your spiritual health to focus on what Jesus did and said, and less on the sins other people are committing. I think that is actually one of Jesus' most prolific messages during his ministry. Try it. You would be surprised how changing your focus from what people do to what Jesus did changes your entire life.

well if god only made adam and eve then there must have been alot of insest for us to get to the billions of people on earth. And must have been some major birth defects to get all the different races of people that we have here on earth. All yeah how do a man and women get married with out anyone else to marry them, wait until they have a male child to grow up and marry them, and how would they even know what marrage is unless someone told them. And our mortal eyes and ears are not capable of seeing or hearing god then he couldn't have told them. Guess what? Your God doesn't rule. No matter how hard you try to make it so, your religion has absolutely no legal right to attempt to force me or mine to live by it's tenets.

In Texas the same year that the "sodomy" laws that were enacted, the laws that made beastiality illegal were repealed. Look it up. It's not illegal in Texas.
