Try ebay and search for lil minx. There's a guy on ebay who sells the poles for about $50 cheaper than i've seen elsewhere. He has and ebay store, but i can't remember his id. He had a really good feedback and was quite prompt when i asked about shipping to AK :)

I have seen them at Spencer Gifts. I'm not sure how much they cost, but I imagine that they aren't that expensive. If you are handy with tools, perhaps you can get the raw materials from Home Depot and make one.

Find a length of steel/aluminum pipe at your local hardware store. You may have to settle for copper to get the length and diameter you'll need.
