Did you subscribe to the paid subscription service of Yahoo! Mail Plus Service? If not that is the only way to get your Yahoo e-mail into Outlook Express. But if you did click on the link below.

You used to be able to configure the POP and SMTP in Outlook Express (you had to know the IP addresses) and it would work but now you need a premium Yahoo account.

You buy a premium yahoo mail account! The free account no longer provides pop 3 access

Firstly u have to Sign in to ur yahoo account and click options and enable pop access and forwarding . then go to outlook and click on tools>account>Add New>
Fill important information
the Incoming server is :pop.mail.yahoo.com
outgoing server is :smtp.mail.yahoo.com
If u are using uk then .co.uk

i dont think that's possible with a free account ...i'm not sure regarding emailboxes that you paid for to Yahoo
