Asking me for a quaRter? Well, I would not be a selfish ****ole....I would give him $5.00.
I am greatful for the things that I have. Any one of us could be homeless one day for some unknown reason. It wouldn't break the bank to spare some extra cash to someone who truly needs it.

My jackrussel dog is called Hobo, he smells (likes to roll on dead things) and his teeth aren't as white as they used to be.
Why he would want a qua'ter, I don't know.
But if he started asking, you can bet he'd be paying for his own doggy dinner soon enough!...

Give him the quarter, but also give him a toothbrush and a breath mint. :) Cleanlieness is next to employed-y-ness.

Polite but sternly give hime the quarter & tell him to have a nice day... If he didn't stop following me then, I would tell him he has to stop.

If he only wanted a quarter I would give it to him, because he'd obviously need it more than me.
