Yes, all too often. Though it seems to turn out alright it the end, it can be a hell of a bad day. Just try to calm down the person you may have offended and explain that you're having "one of those days" in a sincere tone. If they're worth having as a friend they should understand because nobody in this world is perfect.

i had the identical subject i could not even open my mouth adequate to devour my sandwich. Had xrays and each little thing, ultrasounds ect.finally end up i substitute into grinding my tooth at evening lots i substitute into putting rigidity on my jaw. i finished up getting outfitted with a mouth safeguard. I used of for approximately 6 months. substitute right into a demanding time in my existence then, all good now however so no probelms. desire this helps x

Yes - don't worry about it. No-one's perfect. You can apologise and try to put right major gaffes, and as for the other things said, will they matter next month/year? Won't you expect people to be too busy getting on with their lives to be mulling over what you've said?
