Recently I watch trinity blood and I not satisfied with the anime performance especially at how they design the ending. So I want to search again for another interesting anime as good as Gundam Seed, Saiyuki, Sukisho etc. Hope anyone out there can lend me a hand.

Blue Gender
It's got great action lots of spelled blod and a bit hentai(sorry about that)!I think it's pretty great and it's about a boy named Yuji how wakes up from criogenic sleep in the midle of the war betwin mankind and a gigantic bug race named the blue.He becomes a soldier helped by Marlene (he's girl friend)And Joey(he's best friend)!He finds out that he has some special cells in he's body that can help him defeat the Blue esyer using a special robot!Then he find out...You probably want to see the movie so i/ll stop the storry here!
And i also like Trigun and It's Vash the lightning or some thing like that in Anime freakin ...'s answer!

Fullmetal alchemist the story goes something like this.
The two main and major characters are two gifted brothers named Edward and Alphonse. They live in a world where Alchemy is the law of the land. With alchemy, one can do wonders, repair broken items, change physical properties of a matter, etc. However, alchemy is bound to one rule: one can not take (or make) a thing without giving something in return.
With this simple rule, the two brothers go in a maze of exciting adventures, meeting wonderful characters and even sometimes, respectable enemies. Along with their fair share of plain out evil people as well. They learn a lot of life’s hard lessons while on their journey and search for the infamous “philosopher’s stone.” With this simple legendary stone, they hope to make right a lot of wrong decisions they had made in their past, and hopefully regain a somewhat normal life.

Escaflowne (TV series). I'd say it's aimed at teenagers, but as an adult I enjoyed it immensely. I've heard it's one of the best anime serieses out there.
The main character Hitome is a normal schoolgirl who likes to play around with tarot card reading and such, until she is mysteriously drawn from the normal world into a fantasy realm where she must help Prince Van avenge the destruction of his kingdom and stop an evil empire from conquering the world.
You can't go wrong with a series that has romance, fighting, fortune telling, mecha, air ships, princes, cat girls, angels, Atlantis, and Sir Isaac Newton.

Ahhh!!!! nobody even whispered the name Trigun! That pisses me off.
It's about how a man named Vash the Stampede is wanted for $$ 60,000,000,000 (said as Double Dollars) and has a mysterious past. His brother is trying to destroy the rest of the human race, who were sent away from earth because of extreme poullution. Vash and his brother... I think they came out of a futuristic energy plant. It's set in a twist of a futuristic/old western setting. And is my favorite anime of all time.

hard to say what you want.
I have been working my way through the studio Gibli stuff which is geared for the younger set, but has very much adult overtones and advice .. like "spirited away" for example
I loved vampire princess miru , the ghost in the shell , ninja scroll, akira, samurai X,
and I have wanted to see Grave of the Fireflies
this looked interesting .. disney is afraid to produce it.. perhaps one can find japanese releases w/ translation Omohide poro poro
perhaps this will give food for thought.

Paradise Kiss
~ it's about fashion and romance.. more of romance actually.. and that's why i love it! there's only 12 episodes in it.. this Paradise Kiss is also produced by the same person in Nana.
The Law of Ueki
~ it's so friggin funny!! i'm watching it halfway on Animax.. so, i still don't know how many episodes are there... but, you should try tis out!

Hmm....Don't know about your taste, try these out:
Black cat: (There is action, emotion, light comedy and a really good story line)
Elfen Lied: (Not telling you the story but do watch it, its really worth watching)
Scrapped Princess: ( Its about this girl known as Scrapped Princess. People want to kill this girl coz of a prophecy made about her that she is cursed. She is protected by her elder brother and sister........ If I tell you any further, you won't have fun watching it ^_^)
Air: ( This anime is a typical one, you have to watch it very closely, you will like it.)
Bleach: ( Bleach is superb, you watch it yourself. It has a strong story line and fantastic charachterisation)
Tell me if you like watching these animes.

Cowboy Bebop
and... i'm slipping on the last one it was an 9/12 episode series... "Serial Experiments LAIN" i think it was called really trippy stuff... hope you find something you like
