what should i do if my dad is moving out of the country?

cause he doesn't have enough money to live here i'm only 13

p.s. my parents are already divored since i was 1 i don't really mind that part.

I guess it's something that you'll just have to accept. You can keep in contact with him through phone and email. I'm sure that you will even be able to visit him.
