You need to figure out if your love for him is enough to continue in this realtionship. Even though you don't have sex, is he doing his part in keeping you happy in other ways? Do you really have the energy to continue to be the "hero"? In other words, staying in this relationship because you are afraid of being the "bad guy" (leaving a sick man). If you think you can continue to be with him, then find other ways to please yourself sexually without going outside of your relationship. Be honest him and yourself. find a friend with benefits if you don't want to leave. he should understand if he finds out, especially if he don't want or can't forfill your needs.
