My favorite was always "Drink, sleep with a stranger, pass out, and wake up confused, frightened and humiliated. Drink some more."
But then I quit.

I haven't drunk for a few years but this was a game that my friends used to enjoy in our students' years. It's an old one, though:
You get a bottle of cognac and a bottle of vodka. You fill a big glass with cognac. Every time you raise your glass and drink, you have to fill the glass with some vodka, so that the glass is always full. You do this until there is only vodka in the glass. Then you repeat the process, filling the glass with cognac. Repeat until there are survivors. Raising toasts is obligatory. Singing is preferable. You can play alone as well as with friends.
Warning: few people manage to see only vodka in their glass twice. Be careful. Drink responsibly.
