Michigan has shorelines on Lakes Superior, Michigan, Huron, and Erie. Lake Ontario is off to the east.
The Province of Ontario touches all but Lake Michigan.
Michigan beats out Wisconsin (2 Great Lakes), New York (2), Minnesota (1), Illlinois (1), Indiana (1), Ohio (1), Pennsylvania (1), and all the rest (0).

Michigan is bordered by Lakes Superior, Michigan, Huron, and Erie. It doesn't touch Lake Ontario.
In addition, Michigan is bordered by Lake St. Clair -- a big, but not Great, lake, and by the St. Mary's River (between Superior and Huron), the St. Clair River (between Lakes Huron and St. Clair), and the Detroit River (between Lakes St. Clair and Erie).
Michigan has land borders with Ohio, Indiana, and Wisconsin; and boundaries with Illinois, Minnesota, and Ontario, Canada.
