Ok, DO NOT use proactive, it usually doesn't work.
Start by using an exfoliating foam cleanser (Biore Shine Control or St. Ives Clear Pore Cleanser or someting)...use is as soon as you feel your skin is becoming greasy.

Everytime after cleansing, use a facial moisturizer(look for non-comodogenic ones, they dont clog pores)

In the morning, after cleansing, put on Clearasil Ultra Vanishing Acne Cream.

Before going to bed, cleanse, moisturize and put on Clean and Clear Acne Clearing Lotion.

You may also find Oriflame Spot Treatment helpful.

But it is also IMPORTANT that you:

-don't eat junk food, eat healthy food
-eat a lot of fresh vegies and fruits
-avoid large amounts of seafood
-DRINK WATER

DRINK WATER(it helped me a lot): try drinking a glass of pure water every hour.

This is costly, but it works great for me. I take 15 capsules a day of Pantothenic Acid (b5). I get it online, where ever I can find it the cheapest, usually around $5 for 100 caps. All my siblings have scars, and my skin is very oily and acne prone, so when I started breaking out, I researched everything. I've even taken Accutane. B5 is the best thing I've ever found. No side effects that I know of, and I've read that it doesn't work for everyone. My face cleared up within days of starting it. My oil is almost not there anymore. Oh, you should adjust your dosage according to your weight. I'm about 100 lbs, and I get by with 12 caps/day with no breakouts, even when af comes.

You squash a vitamine E capsule and put the liquid on the acne. I f you wish to apply more expensive methods, use french cosmetic pastes. A good and cheap agent would be the Aloe Vera product for acne!

Take an egg and crack it over the sink and let the white of the egg go into a bowl; use the white to dab on your pimple. Leave on overnight or for 20 minutes. It should help suck out the nasty stuff in that pimple

Simply go to your doctor, all the products (or at-least most of them) make it worse. believe me. Consult your doctor a description will be provided.

Your skin is sensitive to heat, and cold...
don't stay too long in the sun, or be outside when its freezing/snowing. also their are certain type of foods that can trigger it/make worse; spicy foods, some say fatty foods(deep fried stuff) etc.

Like i said some products make it worse sometimes by their exfoliators.

Hope this help, do consult your doctor!
Good luck!

cucumber work you just rub them on your face. what also helps is splashing some warm water on ur face ( this opens up the pores) then you take some soap and wash your face ( you then clean out all the oil in ur pores) then rinse your face with cold water ( this closes ur pores). this keeps ur face clean and it also helps keeps the acne away.. also try and stick to water base make up oil base just makes it worse..

I recemond "on-the-spot". It works overnight...and it really does for real...but if you have bad acne, u should buy foaming facewash and a good regualr facewash. BTW : You can buy on-the-spot in any drugstores...they all have it, just go to ur local drugstore and ask.
