According to me.. it would make them smart.
FYI to the guy above me, the UN was formed by 51 countries where there were 5 countries considered the core(permanent members) not 2. Funny he would leave Britain out when Britain was responsible for the League of Nations which conceived the idea of the UN. Some ppl like to sound like they know history but really know nothing.
The 5 permanent countries are: People's Republic of China (which replaced the Republic of China), France, Russia (which replaced the Soviet Union), the United Kingdom, and the United States.

The UN would actually represent the United Nations then, as opposed to what it is now; a US dominated body. When the US vetos any resolution on any matter, not only is that issue dropped the votes are erased from history entirely. What would happen if the US was not in the UN (and was not so powerful) is the the international community would show the the US is a terrorist nation (state terrorism) and not in line with the rest of the world on many matters, a rogue state so to speak.

No.The UN is of course full of terrorist states.It is the only organisation in the world where membership does not require a certain conduct.We need to break it up and start over;agree to certain universal standards;you have to then measure up to those standards before you become a member.And please no relativism crap

The current US administration speaks so poorly of the UN that I don't doubt that they are planning to withdraw. They even quit paying UN dues for a while.
